[3.10] OneShotKill Elemental Hit Ballista Hiero - 9.6 million DPS - EZ Boss Killer + budget friendly

Have been using this since league start, fun build (wish I did it 2 leagues ago when it was proper OP)

Couple of observations if helpful:
1) Lioneye Glare is a sligth DPS decrease (maybe 10%) at close range vs Chin Sol (I simmed extensively in PoB, including removing acc nodes and changing jewels etc). However in the end I am using Lioneye for a few reasons:
i) The delta in DPS is marginal and is high enough to kill any bosses anyway
ii) Glare has a lot of quality of life as you don't need to reposition totems all the time. As soon as boss moves out of range (which is very short) Glare's DPS is much higher vs. Chin Sol
iii) No need to get accuracy on equipment. This is actually huge as rings with life, WED AND accuracy increases in price dramatically

2) I think worth getting the brand damage node as 4th ascendancy? Purely theorty craft, but in a boss fight it is not hard to find time to cast a brand, and that is free 10% increased damage (which is a multiplier) - not that we have any use for the 4th node anyway...
I'm new to the game so this might be pretty obvious for experienced players but I don't understand why you're suggesting CWDT 8 + IC 10.

Each lvl of IC increases duration, but won't you profit more from lower CWDT? CWDT 1 can support IC 3 while having almost 2.6 times less damage needed to trigger? Is IC 10 allows us have perma invul?

Also quality on both of this gems provides other things from stated in the guide: CWDT have +.5% damage per point (which is useless for IC if I understand correctly) and IC have +2% increased cast speed per point which is probably good.

You don't want IC 3 because it is eating all your endurance charges every time a mob tickles you. IC 10 is a nice balance between having endurance charges and procing IC when it matters

Either use 2 curses and only the vaal effect of auras or one curse and an aura (or if you really want to do it cast one curse manually) Even with enlighten 4 it's not possible to use 2 curse auras + haste/grace.

I theorycraftet with brands as well and it is actually really easy to include them. Change boots to Brand -> Curse on hit -> Flammability -> Projectile Weakness. This additionally allows us to use Haste/Grace and With Sign of Purpose should be a DPS increase.
Unfortunatly PoB seems to be bugged with brands and Sign of Purpose doesn't work at all right now

Yes I plan to get it (corrupted like 10 but still unlucky). Far shot does not reduce damage in short distances so won’t impact point bank at all (and helps mitigate some of the dps loss at long distances)

For me I am just using Armageddon brand as a stand-alone gem - I prefer cursing with frenzy for the charges and much easier to target. Plan is to use brands only when bossing.
hey here are my items, do you think it is enough for uber elder? Thanks in advance. Got lucky with the quiver and helmet corruption. Also wanted a 5l chin sol ended up with a 6l one with 115 fusings.

I believe you won't want point blank with Lioneyes because in addition to causing more damage up close, it also negatively affects damage farther away. I guess it may still be worth getting as long as your targets are within 35 yards. I'd like to hear more discussion on this.

Also, I'm currently playing arc totems in Betrayal. How does this version compare to arc totems as far as clear speed and single target. I'm guessing single target is better with elemental hit, but clear speed should be similar or slightly better for arc?

You'll be fine if you know the fight ! I easily killed him with worse gear.
