what about Ancestral might on medium jewel? I don't see the catch.

So there are times we need to recast the totems like: - When we are moving through maps fast - Tough Map mods destroys our totems in seconds - Or perhaps Boss moved out of range of totems when fighting them in arenas And the main reason I didn't include Ancestral Might as an option is because Shaman's Dominion is the best anoint on the Amulet for us and it requires us to have summon a totem recently for the "100% increased Global Critical Strike Chance" to take effect and this conflicts with Ancestral Might. I've been out for a while and seems like there is another variant of the build using 11 totems.
Is this the optimal version ? What are the changes/improvements ? Is there any guide like page 173 for this one ? |

Hello Vei, isn't Phase Run Gem Level 20 (disabled with Cast on Damage Taken at Level 58)?
I am confused about how it can work while it is linked. |

It's just there for the increased duration, it's manually cast.

Since Level 11 Cast When Damage Taken only affects Gem requiring Level 58 and lower and Level 20 Phase Run requires Level 70, it's not disabled when linked to Level 11 Cast When Damage Taken and we can cast it manually. " The DPS is better than the 9 Totems version. Defense wise its changed from Evasion/Dodge Based(Acrobatics + Phase Acrobatics) to Armour version(Iron Reflex) " I haven't written any guides yet. Below is kind of an informal one. The 11 Totems build uses mostly the same stuffs as the 9 Totems except for the following: 1. Just to highlight for anyone looking at the 11 Totems setup I am currently using on Vei_Delirium, if using my Passive Skill Tree, we will need to look for certain things in our equipment
1. Dexterity As the Passive Skill Tree will be taking less Dexterity, we will need to get some source of Dexterity on our Equipments. Using my recommended Equipments, depending on the amount provided by Quill Rain, say lowest roll of 10 Dex, we will need 45 Dex so we can reach 159 Dex to be able to use a Level 21 Elemental Hit. 2. Flat Accuracy We will be losing a lot of Accuracy with the Skill Tree Adjustment to be able to use 11 Totems which means a great loss of DPS for us, as Flat Accuracy is the Affix that provides us with the most DPS of all Stats(Can refer to "21 Stats in order of DPS boost" on my writeup) Thus, we will look for 3 Sources of Flat Accuracy, ideally Tier 1's if possible on our gears. These can come from - Gloves (481-600 for T1) - Quiver/Ring/Amulet (351-480 for T1) - Abyssal Jewels (121-240 for T1) Our aim is to reach near 100% as we can for our Chance to Hit%(Chance to hit Evasive is not important, ignore that) for this build, regardless of the versions we using. A good target to aim for is 95% Chance to Hit. 3. Cluster Jewels The 11 Totems build will use 2 Large Cluster Jewel + 4 Medium Cluster Jewel. Please refer to "07 Cluster Jewels" on my writeup at Page 173 for what to look for on both the Medium and Large Cluster Jewels. 4. Gem Changes - Cast When Damage Taken to Level 11 - Immortal Call to be changed to Level 16 Vaal Molten Shell(High Quality will be great!) So it's not too big of a change and can be converted over from the 8/9 Totems Setup with some Equipment and Passive Skill Tree changes. Hi,
just gonna say something about switching to 11 totems. I'm level 87 and don't have enough passives to safely switch, so still sitting at 9. But - and it's a big one - switching from Evasion into Iron Reflexes gave me a huge boost for survivality. Obiously I use life flasks more often now, but at least I get to use them instead of being one shot. I also lucked out big time when I was crafting my cluster jewel, got Corrosive, Prismatic and Doryani, the last one basically make you forget about life flasks during boss fights unless you have some annoying dot on you. So if you struggle with survi around level 85 (or even earlier if you can compensate for accuracy loss), you can start switching. |

I bought a large cluster jewel, vengeful was in 3d position, but ended up in the 2 first passives. Bummer !
