[3.10] OneShotKill Elemental Hit Ballista Hiero - 9.6 million DPS - EZ Boss Killer + budget friendly

Hey there,

After getting the base-items from Q&A, is there an recommended order (taking into account price and damage/defense improvements) in which we should get the more expensive items?
Bandits: personally I think "Help Alira" is the best option instead of 2 passive points
due to so many unique items we face issues with ele and chaos res so it's obvious that we need those res af...
also we might consider drop "proj dmg" in the middle of the tree for res nodes right to the left of the proj nodes

the dps is excessive, defensive layer is in prior if you want to exp past level 95 (you should avoid dying at all costs)

I guess it depends how you do you itemization. The main Alira is 15% res to all. With 2 skill points we can also get +18% to cold and lightning if you really need it. Fire res is also easier with the boots.

The OP covered his res using a whole bunch of jewels and he was still able to get +50% above 75% for all 3 res.
For those levelling above L75++

I tested briefly in POB, if you have issues getting the Point Blank corruption implicit and really need the extra DPS, it is quite worth it to path 4 points into Point Blank at the bottom once your Life and survability is at decent rate.

The 4 points is even better than the rest of the DPS nodes.

Primeval Force for 4 points seems worth going first rather than newly changed Divine Judgment to the left of Templar starting area.

but only with the flask +35 - if you take that out, res are way lower. Fire 33, cold 16 light 19 (over cap due to jewels).
if you nerf 10 gems out of 30, you automatically buff the other 20!

i'm following this build but i feel we can do better than chin sol; top2 contenders would be lioneye's glare or arborix - i think path of building can't calculate true dps for arborix because of it's alternating mechanics

thoughts?
interested to hear about the bow choice, i play the scion version and really like the idea of arborix
How does far shot interact with point blank?

Currently running a budget version of this build with fire and lightning using 40% Gang's momemntum and so far I still feel no need to min/max to pure fire damage. Clear speed is still insane in T9 maps with the increased damage from constant shock and ignite. It's pretty much made the game's difficulty trivial and I just got over 4k hp.
How are you getting 5 totems with this build???
Yeah, this build has certainly got no shortage of DPS, and it feels surprisingly tanky for some reason..

I've played evasion builds before but this one feels tougher, not sure why.
I'm lvl 92, and only have gotten Yoke, Chin Sol(6 sock,5 link), Gangs, Skirmish and Frostferno. No lab enchants of corruptions on anything, and rest of my gear is cheap 1-30c items sitting at 4.2k HP.....running T14+ maps and steamrolling through everything.
Bosses die in 5-10 seconds depending on how much they move around.

Its pretty crazy actually, this is also the least I've died on any character getting to lvl 90+ by FAR and I've been playing for around 2 years now...sitting at only 38 deaths and maybe 8-10 of those were during campaign on day one!

In short...super impressed by this build and guide and thanks heaps to the OP for doing it!

Cheers.
