Orb of Storms linked to CWDT, if you have a spare slot, might be another good way to generate a lot of power charges. According to the description, if you use a lightning skill in the Orb's range, it will trigger the Orb to hit and that hit can chain also. Plus the Orb's primary hits can generate charges. Replacing Cyclone with Static Strike has been really fun, would recommend giving it a shot. Been working on putting this build together all night and now I believe enchants are the next priority to work on. Managed to get triple resist balance to make full use of The Wise Oak. Life/ES: 5186/1615 Mana/Unreserved: 4209/2606 Flasks & Jewels EDIT One lab run later I get an exalted drop and hit the boot enchant.
