You don't, They will overwrite each other. However if you have a free despair it's still an option.

Doomfletch works for builds that want to utilize the extra elemental damage it adds, poison only scales from physical and chaos, not elemental, so it wouldn't really have any synergy.

If you wanna a doomfletch build, check Mathil's video with doomfletch prism split arrow pathfinder, but it's a completely different build and from what he said, it has pretty average results without extreme min maxing.

Less damage than Glare, but viable

V 1.8 Update (20/01/2020):
-POB updated with some slight tree changes. Mostly picking up Method to the Madness and some attack speed. Fixed the Non-ailment chaos dot mods into Chaos dot mods (they simply changed some time ago).
-Changed the 6L TR by dropping Mirage Archer entirely.
-deleted the Elder Bow setup entirely as the mod is gone.
-took Poisonous Fangs for annointment.
-i checked dozens of crafted bows and none of them are close to Darkscorn.
