I can honestly say that after many years away from Path of Exile and returning for Delve and seeing your guide I figured overblown nonsense, was I wrong. Once I got my Quill rain, my assassin's garb(in box near able to use), my witchbrew flask and what not, Just started to just monstrously decimate everything. I modified this build a small bit for increased as and also cs. I actually counted how many pods I can drop in 30 seconds and I was able to get up to near 250 before any even began to detonate. Factor in a very high single target caustic. This build is phenomenal, very well done. Take my advice anyone that is looking into this build IT WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT A QUILL RAIN. there is no work arounds there aren't any fill ins. Quill rain and Witchbrew are STAPLES OF THE BUILD. If you do not have them, then find a way to get them or this build will NOT work. Thanks and Ill keep you updated OP on how it keeps coming along. I think the new stat, non-ailment chaos multiplier can offset the quillrain nerf, but the damage is already done. There are plenty other options, e.g. you can use the tempest, which I believe is the second fastest bow. You can try crafting +3/4/5 bow gems with delve mods, then craft IAS when a rare is nearby with bench (expensive though). All in all, I Am not playing this build in Betrayal.
