Glaring issue - you're not using multistrike in your 6link. Drop the ancestrall call and swap with multistrike.

For bosses, swap splash for Melee Physical Damage.

For claw, wasp nest is great until you can craft 60% chance for poison to do 100% more dmg with attack speed and preferably chaos damage on it.
I think best is to get one with life/mana on hit.

I thought that information is outdated, as KMQ change the 6 link gems that you meant to use!
Ancestral Call is great for clearing and I use Multistrike for bosses

I made some personal tweaks for survivabilty and other things keeping deep delves in mind.

So I run HoP, HoA, Grace(for free) and Aspect of the spider(its amazing, especially for delves and bosses).

I'm going to try to solo delve to 1K, that's why I added the grace. Of course this gear is end game and very expensive. So far I killed all delve bosses on monster level 83, uber elder and doing 8 mods t16's very fast.

What Im thinking now is if there is any possible upgrade in terms of an evasion-chest but probably 80-max-res is superior to anything. I want to get an unset ring so that I can add bloodrage again as I think that will help a lot when you get chunked in delves.
