Will this build scale nicely with upgrades? I don't want my build complete in under an exa for example as that demotivates me to continue in the league.. i like to increase in power with substantial upgrades

Currently IMO the best option would be socketed gems more AS gloves + GMP instead of Vicious Projectiles for Agony which puts us at 0 mana but removing Poison from Purity and Protector would leave us at 8%.

OR

Lesser Multiple Projectiles in Embalmers which seems even better tbh.

With the new POB update, the heralds you are using cost more than 100% mana reservation. I copied the latest pastebin you posted into POB but you have forgot to change Wither to Withering Touch on the Herald of Purity setup which would take it over 100%

build looks strong, but also alot of buffs/potion spamming and limited spell bar space... Will be a very active style champion (and therefore maybe stressful) or am i mistaken?

Nope, casual 234(5) flask spam and buffs spam is once 0.5s before engaging the boss.

Not sure, maybe lesser poison is bugged in reservation.

What about using the new unique chest that caps the herald of agony at 45% of your Mana. Then you can use melee splash to stack more poison and have your pet do most of the damage with that chest.

80% all resist is too much to give away + lost HP + it's 100% INT base, meaning that rolling anything there is too hard or we'd have to use 4/5L Viper Strike. Might have to give Calamity another shot in a different build / version.
