Level it up and match your dex. Don't go too high because you will need to give up important stats (life / res) to get dex as well.

The guy has even included his PoB, but so far I have no currency to spend on a map just to get the spectre and test it out with normal gear. His gear is from what I see legacy/mirror

Looks like Frost Sentinel, but with a lot more hp and damage.

I have a question. I just bought this wand but I can't use the skills of the socketed gems. Do you guys know why? (I meet the requirements, but when hover over the skills it just says: "skill can't be used"




Update: I just noticed that once I use any other skill from a different equipment, the three skills are triggering. I assume that is the expected behavior, so I just left my post here in case someone else got confused like me.

Your char is private but i think you miss the passive "Death Attunement".

Was trying to kill Sirus some time ago (3.8 or 3.9), but the Storms were killing my Slave Drivers even with a Meat Shield support. Did not play the game since then. Now I've read about Sirus nerfs and want to try it again. How is it now with Sirus Storms? Kayella says (in guide) Slave Drivers are still not recommended for Sirus fight, so I may end up with no Spectres in the middle of the fight.
Playing on Std, non-HC, just lazy casual crawler pursuing end-game with quite a geared summoner.
