I agree with others, block version with bone offering is amazing. With PoH i was unable to run T19 maps with double beyond, it was way too risky, and i was unable to kill some T19 metamorphs at all. Now i can do triple beyond, just picking up loot in the middle of multiple beyond bosses madness! :-)
I only wish i did this before i already did 600 delve with two hand, which was pain...

1.2M per spectre for mapping (Bone Offering - 70/55 block, Feeding Frenzy)
2.7M per spectre for bossing (Flesh Offering,frenzy charges, Conc Effect
If you really wanted to push it you can get even more DPS if you use a wand with +1 to minion gems, Haste-Aul amulet and another aura/aspect of the spider (and free up some skill points as well).
Saying that this would be too expensive doesnt really count anymore if you consider the PoB is using 3 Awakened gems.

Using Haste/Aul and adding Zealotry to the auras, and using normal gems gives:
1.4M / 3M
Actually this is far more cost effective since Haste/Aul is 5ex in 3.9. The main problem would be getting two +1 wands with decent minion damage if you wanted the high dps on weapon swap option.

If you only use the normal gems, the numbers are:
1M / 2.25M
I think 5M for mapping and 11M for endgame bossing is still pretty good.

1.95M / 3.6M
This would actually give it more DPS than PoH!

Sorry if this has been asked or is a stupid question, but what is the PS4/XBox tag for? Does that just mean the build is friendly to those control schemes?

I'm guessing free Haste Aura is better than +1 to all int gems? Will look at PoB as well. I never thought about running an off hand setup that includes Flesh Offering.
@Kayella Running an offhand setup with Flesh Offering/Victario's is genius.
I noticed that I wasn't getting full frenzy charges against sirus because AB only activates every 0.7s. It doesn't take full advantage of Victario's.
Holy Flame Totem hits very quickly and can push to full charges, but it can't be linked to CoH. So I've put HFT into the spare socket in my shield (replaces portal).
Free haste aura gives space to add zealotry for 16% more damage (+generosity bonus!). Move haste to an unset ring.

I haven't tested it myself, but I've had lots of feedback from xbox and ps4 players who used the build in past leagues.

I suggest a slight tweak. Find a spot for Holy Flame Totem if you use Victario's for offhand DPS. Arma Brand doesn't hit fast enough to quickly get full frenzy charges. I had portal in my shield, so I put in HFT.

Unfortunately, the league is probably a little dead now or everyone's playing zombies, so I'm not expecting much more feedback.
I'll add W&S / EB & MoM to the front page. There is enough to the build to feels like a nice upgrade path from the league start/ssf life build.
I really like PoH, but it feels like GGG is making the game rippier, so playing without block can be frustrating.
