It won't mess up EE (because the summoner triggers EE, not the mininos), so feel free to use them, just focus on #1: life #2: dmg/cast speed. Everything else is extra.

I sure hope so, they haven't said anywhere in the patch notes or the betrayal post that they'd be removing any of the crafted mods so either its a bug which is hella likely of course or it's just a ninja nerf...I doubt they'd ninja it so I'll also go with the bug.

Found Cannibal fire-eater in Flooded Mine map. I don't think they spawn in specific maps, it's just random

I think, the best chance to find CFEs is a Nature (forest, swamp etc) type maps and even more chances - with rolled "flooded with humanoids" mod.

From this, do not expect them on the city, necropolis, infernal etc type maps and especially with mods like "flooded with undead" or "flooded with sea creatures" etc
