Since I've used both for multiple Uber Elder kills, I would rate them:

Enhanced Vaal:
Boss killing power: 11/10
Mobility 1/10
Tankiness 10/10

Slave Driver:
Boss killing power: 9/10
Mobility: 10/10
Tankiness: 4/10

Enhanced Vaal instagib bosses. I love them. There's a certain magic in seeing Shaper lose 5-10% of his hp in a single hit. But a snail could outrun them.

There's been a substantial change - about 15 passive points have been moved around. Mostly to improve survivability because the new spectre has a lot more dps than most spectres we've used before.

Do you need a guide to what's been changed?

Seems to contradict the words on Flesh and Stone itself:

"You take (10-11)% less Damage from Enemies that aren't nearby while in Sand Stance"

If what the GGG rep said is supposed to be true, then it would be worded like "enemies that aren't nearby deal (10-11)% less damage while in sand stance".
