Has anyone used Inspired Learning in a minion build?

This was a natural drop... Not sure what to do with it yet! Really wish I had conc effect or elemental damage.

I'm changing from pure spectres to Minion bomber.

And the spectres are the Undying Evangelist from Act 3: sceptre of god. Their special spell is the proximity shields, which helps defend against any hits from outside the shields.

I know that I will never be able to craft somthing like this, since I don't trade. But I still like to know how things like this are made, since maybe I will be able to do some of the basics things, and that may improve my poor gear.

Any suggestion on a good site where I can read about things like this, or a instruction pedagogical video?

Thanks i can't belive i missed that.

The shield is actually really strong.

It will stop shaper balls, Atziri flame blast, Sirus creation itself, rain of stars and alleyway.

It looks like it protected me from Maven blob explosion too.
