Thx If you use a Vaal Orb on a Gem lv 20 you have a Corruption output, that can give level 21 Gem. But can be also give a Lv 19 or leave the gem at lv 20, or other BAD output. So be Aware! It's a Risk corrupt things! https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Corrupted Corruption is explained here btw. A great option is corrupt into Atzoalt Piramid it's all explained in link. If you run other minions with them they soak up alot of damage. Pure specs is asking for your specs to tank most of the damage. Even a skel gem in the wand helps alot. Just get the some reduce reflect damage rings to swap in for Atziri. I have killed her without them by just being careful but that would make things easier. I used MB build to do Atziri with Maven.
