League Start & SSF was original FAS guide.

New guide is Pure Spectres and focus on melee spectre. But you can actually use it for FAS as well! Please check 5. Recommended spectres section for gems and links :)

Hm. Can only have one exposure and doesn't stack. So use Elemetal Army, Hydrosphere, Frost bomb.

Hey guys,

this league I tried to play a Golemance (Flame Golem) but it feels not "right". Thinking about switching back (like I did the last 5 leagues) to spectres.

Not quite sure if it's better play "Pure Spectres" or "Spectres and Spiders". Got around 10-15 ex (depending on the money I get for my current gear) to spend. Guess I won't get enough good gear to play "Pure Spectres" right away, am I wrong? Any advice

(Mainly mapping and heisting atm)

Do we use Slave Driver as spectre through the acts?

Does anyone even play Artless Assassin right now? I'm at a crossroads right now which would be better than melee or range spectrs

I used SD from ACt 5 until Act VIII, and then switched to FAS because I had not realized I could just buy the right contract to get FAS directly in Rogue Harbor. They seemed fine to me up to the point I switched. Because I didn't have a 5link at the time I had them in a +2 helmet though which probbaly helped (they never died).

Having said that I see no reason not to switch to FAS as soon as you get access to Heist in ACt VI, but they are fine for sure in Act V itself up to and including the Kitava kill

Love these builds, playing in SSF. Getting stuff to actually switch to the Pure Spectres build. For Pure Spectres, why take Commander of Darkness over Bone Barrier? It looks less impactful in general?
