The critical chance in the stats box is only for melee and range attack. Spell spectres have crit chance for their spells separately. For example Baranite Preacher has 32% crit chance for ball lightning. Frost Sentinel has 7% crit chance on ice spear.

I think most of the robot spectres actually have 0% crit spells.

PS: also I discovered in the crab section, you put the skitterbots gem both in gloves and helmet. Looking at poebin, it seems that the correct gem in gloves would be Tempest Shield.

Eldritch Battery is really interesting for this. Because ES protects the mana, ground degen doesn't affect it anymore! Of course you will lose your ES as part of your total HP.

Also it's still ES, so you get ES recharge. This is why you can run "no regen" maps. You will always have "mana" to cast anything.

If you switch to crafted 6-link helmet, you have to worry about OOM.

I don't get why in the PoB for pure spectre, raise spectre is phantasmal, knowing that we don't raise spectre often why creating them with max frenzy is usefull ?

@Kay: In your Pure spectres gear section you are using the skitterbots gem twice (Helmet, Gloves). I guess this is an error?

But spectres looks way way cheaper than aura stacking carrion golem or am I wrong ?

Updating Spectres & Spiders now. I will upload a guide and update forum soon! Current build will actually work fine and it's just a small update.

I have also updated the One-Shot Crabbies build into normal build (MI SRS + Skele) that will work in mapping. I really like the build because it can be played with one hand (actually I use foot pedals).

Thanks for updating. For spectre can I use FAS as well? Can't get Crabbies at the moment.

In the spectres and spiders build, you take 2x maximum endurance charges, how do i generate endurance charge?

Hello. Hishiiro coming in from YouTube. Love the build. Playing it for the first time.

I just reached maps with over 4k life. Frost auto scouts spectres as main damage dealers. Some zombies to grant feeding frenzy and taunt as many mobs as possible.

But it seems my damage is pretty lackluster in T1 maps already. And zombies die very easily now, even with meat shield. Having to resummon them in mid ritual now. And I myself feel a bit squishy. Off the top of your head, what should I be doing after reaching maps.

Not sure where to go from here since it's my first time playing spectres.

Do you check pobs? I'll leave mine here just in case. Am playing SSFHC Ritual btw.

Edit: Switched to carrion golem. It dies less. Still not sure if I'm using efficient gems and links. Probably need better gear for damage boost.
