Used Profane Proxy just like you, and recently ditched it. Very happy I did.

Checked your build. You can instantly become close to being Spell-Block capped (74% with flask) by using Bone Offering instead of Flesh Offering; obviously you'd be losing 15% of your DPS. Strongly recommend trying it even if you lose DPS though.
Personally, I think that spell block is more important than attack block for summoners.

With flasks active, I currently have (I'll add your numbers too just for reference btw):
42% Evade - you have 27%
36% Phys Reduction (when not hit) - you have 39% (when not hit)
75%/75% Attack/Spell Block (no flask) - you have 75%/38% Attack/Spell Block (with flasks)
77/78/76 Elemental and +31 Chaos Res - you have 76/75/75 Elemental and -34 Chaos Res

Note that I'm not even using Rumi's Concoction or Tempest Shield in my build which frees up a gem slot (if you need it) and a flask.

My Spectres have ~6,8% less DPS than yours; however I have 9 Zombies that deal almost the same amount of DPS than my SO's [I think?] (as long as they're in melee range of course).

Again, numbers are just for reference to show you what's possible.
My budget was very low - the shield (one of the main things you need in order to get spell block capped without Rumi's) I bought for 40c (it had full suffixes, and +7 Life as the only prefix, that I removed through suffixes cannot be changed + scour - crafted life and slammed twice; got lucky on the +2 max cold).
My helmet is trash - literally just alt crafted +3 minion gems. Really need to get a better one.
Boots are okay-ish - alt crafted +1 spectre, regal, crafted random suffix and slammed got lucky with the life roll (would've done suffixes cannot be changed + scour otherwise)
Rings - Chaos/Essence spammed both rings for high dex so I can drop my current body armor (that has high dex as well) for an astral plate in the future without having to worry about gem dex requirements (can fully level all gems now)
Belt - Chaos spammed as well

Currently thinking about dropping Commander of Darkness and using Bone Barrier instead. Level 20 Bone Armour Skill PLUS 10% phys reduction PLUS 20% increased Life/ES regen is kinda ridiculous.
Will also probably get an Astral Plate with Chaos Res

Exile, thank you so for taking the time to give me some advice. Much appreciated!! My first step will be changing out to Bone Offering, then change out the proxy ring for manual frostbite. After, I will play with Bone Barrier and see what I need to change without the res bonuses of Comm of Darkness. I never seem to have enough Dex, so I have to work on that too.

Do you have a go to guide on crafting? Mostly the bone helm. I have saved a lot of resources to work on crafting.

Bone Barrier was huge in terms of my tankiness. Don't get me wrong, you can still get 1-shot but it does feel a ton smoother. The bleed immunity on Bone Barrier is just icing on the cake, imo.
