Thank You for checking! Well my main concern is SO Attack/Cast Rate, in Kay POB its like 6.98 but mine are 3.44. Also I don't know how I should provide frenzy charges to my minions without Victario's Charity.

You can use Victarios Charity in Combination with Holy Flame totem or Ball lightning, its not good for mapping though but for bosses it shuld be okay to generate the frenzy charges for your minions.
Im using Necrotic Aegis with Victarios Charity atm, its a bit harder to get enough res because of the missing shield, but the frenzy charges provide so much dps for the SOs, you can just import you build into PoB and test out different things like Necrotic Aegis with Victarios or even a Yellow shield with +2 min Frenzy charges so they will never loose them.

I'm actually starting to see me Operatives get one shot in T14-T16's now. It was also at the same time I respecced into the 1st cluster jewel setup. Not only did my character drop HP but maybe my Spectres lost some defense too.

The damage is increased but I definitely feel squishier and so do my spectres.

hay guys the roll on this minion deal increased damage if you used a minion skill recently does it stack?

mh i also run with one cluster jewel and even with my setup (Jinxed juju 10% of dmg taken from spectres life before mine) they survive Sirus mechanics with ease.

What cluster you using? Do your Minions have Leech? Did you check for Ele Reflect mod? How Much res do your Spectres have?

But still the "Increase" dmg is not an exponetial dmg increase like "more%" dmg so it is less effective the more you stack it, but its still better than nothing

How important is Quality on RS? Starting to buy Equip, got a +1 Minion Wand Trigger Wand and next i want to buy RS.

Hey, if you mean Raise Spectre Gem the Quality on the Gem just gives them Movement speed so not really important.

you could look got a alternative raise Spectre gem they will give them 20% inc. Melee dmg and 20% Max Life.

But if you are Using the SO spectre i think they dont need the extra movement speed nor the extra life, so they wont need gem quality

I was missing a passive point here (0.6% leech), would that be enough to survive though? They have all the resist nodes already on the tree.
