They attack pretty fast and have decent range
Better raw damage than most specs
Simple gem links (cold based), and gearing isn't wonky requiring special uniques
Swapping from clear to boss mode is just changing GMP for Slower Projectiles, or Cold Pen, or in most cases don't even bother.
The mortar ability overlaps with GMP for insta delete on packs.
Decent life, and AI.

I'd suggest these for people who don't like the Syndicates AI, or people who miss how RS was pre-nerf.

I have run 4 Bunker mission and yet to find any frost scouts, any tips or info appreciated.

I've been using the Syndicate Operatives and they've done very well. I just had a question with which Hex I should use in Profane Proxy. Sniper's Mark doesn't work as it's a mark. I have a 4G Triad's Grip so I've been using Frostbite but since I already have Frostbomb and EE for -75% cold res, is Frostbite overkill? Perhaps Vulnerability for more damage or Punishment/Enfeeble/Temp Chains for survivability? One could also drop Profane Proxy and go for Bonechill Skitterbots for dmg and survivability and get a more life with a rare ring.

just don't run the ring. it's crap. bonechill is way better. use a curse on hit ring or gloves

Since their dmg is flat fire, I swapped armageddon brand -> stormb brand + flammability and convert zombies to fire dmg linked with combustion.

I'm currently using the build's Slave Drivers 6link setup which is doing pretty well. If you have a tabula or a six link with a red socket, Damage on Full Life is a nice boost to their damage since they have such a large ES pool.

I'm not really sure if increasing the speed of their attacks is better than increasing their damage (I think they're gonna be better at bossing than mapping for example, with the channeled beams and all), but you should use Minion Speed Support instead of Faster Casting, as it's better casting speed numbers and better for the Spectre overall. I'm just starting with Spectres this league too, so I can't really judge if they're good or not, but the risk of investing with them is rather minor considering every choice you make to make them better also makes a backup spell Spectre better, like Slave Drivers.
