Which Aura do you guys run with Syndicate Operatives?

I did some research in my current gear and as for me, Syndicate Operatives fall behind of RS in terms of damage
|

" Usually, triads grips with 4 greens to change their dmg to cold and then Hatred. |

" Scroll back a bit and you'll find a post with list of spectres and IGN. |
|
" Sadly the last one i saw and contacted was only for Heist league, but i will take another look just in case. |

" did you run diadem setup? or something else? im running with a 4l spectre in minion dmg helm/30% more ele damage with 6l utility in the chest. it feels good but im not sure if it's worth losing diadem for |
