Also having some survivability issues. Curious about how survivability works in general for a full spectre build. Since you are using Victarios Charity, you need to take the Necromantic Aegis keystone so that minions generate charges, so you lose the block from the shield.

Looking at the PoB there aren't any other major defensive/leech nodes taken that affect you. Is it purely just life stacking and relying on the blind from abyss jewels or am I missing something.

I'm lvl 70 with a 6l ( nothing fancy ), done the 2 first lab.
I'm playing the " normal " spectre build with Slave Drivers and there's my feedback for the moment :

I have HUGE survivability issues. My HP are very low, getting oneshot way too often. I guess that's because I dont have enough flat HP on my build, but it's 6L with tons of life is too expensive for now.

If I dont die, t3-t4 are running at low speed, but without issue. Bosskiling is pretty good.

The worst problem I have is for Heist. It's almost impossible to complet them. Dont know if it will be IMPOSSIBLE for necro or if they gona fix it.

Hey guys, just got to maps this morning. Playing with SDs on a 5L. They do enough damage for T1-2 maps and clear ok and melt bosses with Predator (which is all I did so far). But I was wondering what is the most consistent way to deal cold/fire damage to monster to proc EE.

I am clearing T5-T6 on 4-link with SDs, pretty smoothly, albeit not exceptionally fast. SDs have very short range, unfortunately.

It is in the guide: Armageddon Brand + Hextouch + Conductivity. It does EE and it also hexes the targets further reducing their resists.

I don't know what the other folks are complaining about, I'm obliterating everything (t2 heists) t3-4 maps at 75 with a tabula and 4700hp. get a recovery on block shield and glancing blows and spec into HP for now. still using slave drivers. I run sibyl's lament and yugal (left ring slot by default, swap for phys reflect maps)

I used to have them last few leagues.

So i transitioned my SDs into RS, i need to switch my wrath into hatred and which other gems i need to sawp out? Still using curse on hit?

So the difference between you and me, in regards to my issues with survivability is, like the guide I am using Victarios charity to get power/frenzy charges, instead of a shield with recover life on block. Aside from that, it seems like that is the only difference. Which is why I was asking what was used for survivability when using the shield suggested in the guide

TBH after doing some tests with 2 ex gear, redemption sentries still seem like the best out of everything proposed here.

Sniper's Mark also make clearing stupid braindead.

swap conductivity to frostbite

and the spectre links are different, you want elemental damage with attacks, the links should be on the front page

but I use: spectre, ele dmg with attacks, minion dmg, predator supp, lesser mult proj, pierce

swap out lmp and pierce for vicious proj and ele focus for conquerers, hypothermia instead of ele focus if no white socket
