If you want to use it. Drop skitterbot+bonechill. Then link Generosity+Hatred+Enlighten3 or 4. Haste unlink. That will give you about 50 mana to use and you can run Perma phase!

poedb has a bit of a mistake. at 84, spectre has +200% damage mod, but it shows level 82 is only +1%. This is wrong.

The damage scale is +1% at level 20 to +200% at level 84. So level 83 (raise spectre 25) is +197%.

I've checked and PoB (at least the fork) does in fact support and automatically apply Skitterbots' shock.
As far as I can tell, Overshock doesn't apply to Skitterbots - their gem has a stat "Minions have #% increased Shock Effect", and Overshock if just for your own.

I think it's a new feature. I think I rememeber enabled skitterbot didn't change damage value in the past... but maybe memory is bad :P

We discussed overshock a lot in early league. It shows in game character screen when you put mouse over skitterbot. but maybe it is just display bug? But I think in future I will just say 'aura cluster' for large jewel and the main aim is to get vengeful +2 notable.

Yes! You can save about 6 passive points. The another 6 points is really useful. You can put them in another place for more life or more damage or block even.

Actually I really recommend 5xRK or 4xRK + 1xAM. The gems are different though 3b3r.

I introduce POE to my friend and she played with RS for one week and change to RK. She levelled up to 95 without my help and said that RK is so much better.

RK has fast attack speed and fast movement speed. It's melee spectre so it always runs next to your necro. They are like body guards :)

RS has slow attack speed and long range so when you are running it will stop and shoot, but your necro is already far away. Maybe they are one screen away from your necro. So it's easy to die actually.
