Dosn't it makes sense to use a block recovery shield with the block notes Glancing blows?

I feel much tankier with it.

Ive tried alot of Variations of the spectre build so far (including the latest one) Budget around 30 ex. In the end it was fast and dealt alot of dmg but leveling above 92 was a pain, because its pretty squishy. Right now im running a "Hybrid build" included glancing blow, bone offering, shield with +5% on Block and im still playing with zombies.
For me this is far better since clearing speed is still very good but defence is alot better. From 92 to 93 i died only once and im running all t15/16 juiced maps

Quick question about EE: If I have an affix that adds fire damage to spells and the spell does lightning, do mobs get 25% fire in addition to lightning?

is one build more expensive than the other?

Gosh, finnaly... It was true - you need about 700 alteration to get amulet with +1 int gems... but i think i've solved issues with DEX :D now will ahve to target-harvest craft it up

And in the meantime, i created something like this:

What do you think guys? will it give some profits? do you know anyone who would want to buy it? I think i will harvest craft from fire res into fire dmg to attacks. :) As now i'm totaly broke (about 7c in stash) ;(

Can somebody help me. I have doubt about the frost bomb in this build. Even with avatar of fire frost bomb still do 50% cold /50% fire damage. Will the elemental equilibrium not activate for the cold damage it does?

Yesterday accidentally I upgrade this amu to +1 skill and sold for 1.5 exa. If you want to keep it for yourself you can try to get some augment or replace fire dmg for resists

Yes the DPS change will be significant, but probably not how you think. I really think this needs to be explained better in the guide, but Redemption Sentries only have higher DPS when you have end-game gear (clusters, 6L, 5 spectres) and you can reliably gem-swap. Otherwise, they will have LESS damage and clear than Slave Drivers.

Since you asked about Esh - even though RS will have less DPS, I still prefer them over Esh because Esh have such poor clear and random boss DPS. So RS might do less damage, but they will feel smoother than Esh. But Slave Drivers are still the smoothest and highest DPS until you get to end game.

I would suggest to use Slave Drivers until you get at least 4 spectres and a 6-link. Without a 6L, RS are very poor choice for spectre.

This was a change I was struggling with so glad you posted. Switching to RS seems difficult without a lot of gear setup to switch between bossing and mapping.

Question: I haven't seen Victario's Charity proc any of the charges for allies, does it not work when minions kill? Then I assume the only reason for the unique shield is the aura buff?

Just bought my diadem, but can't use Haste, Hatred and Skitterbots at the same time, they have 40%+40%+28% mana reserved. How can we use all 3 auras?

We use Holy Flame Totem to proc the frenzy charges. Sadly can't proc the power charges. All in all that means that the shield is one of the easiest pieces to replace. All it does is provide Frenzy Charges in longer boss fights. Sure, it is a big damage boost then, but it does nothing while mapping. Basically we are using a shield that gives a bit of life and a few resists for almost all of the time.

I am pretty sure that I will get a shaper shield with recover 5% of life on block and pick up Glancing Blows on the tree, its only 2 points away after all, and replace the Basalt Flask with a Rumi's. Should make for a nice defensive boost while mapping. And for endgame boss fights I can still switch back to Victarios.

Get Sovereignty on the tree as shown in the guide. With it they will reserve 37%, 37% and 26%.
