Min ilvl is 82 for the +1 intelligence mod to appear.

I understand that Bone offering only uses before Bosses, is correct?
In SSF guide we keep Desecrate in lvl 1 or level up to MAX?

Desecrate can stay at 1 and be effective. The banner part I wonder about myself, do you place the book down or just keep reserving it for the other bonuses?
Also how important is banner for auras? Big damage auras>haste>banner>skitters?

They don't stack, you annoint it so you can refund passives and use them somewhere else.
so I can make 4 spec max? 3 from 25 lvl skill gem and 1 from skill tree right?

Dang. So I just went and got a silver oil to anoint Death Attunement, but it did not let me get my 4th spectre. What's happening here?
