Kay, did you know that with:
Crussade Helmet with spell block, Crusader Amulet with Spell block, some spell block on shield, 2 Flexible Sentries (2 nodes jewels), Block craft on armor; Mystic Bulwark and Arcane Guarding; Tempest Shield and Bone Offering You can reach permanent max block? Also, what do you think about bone offering, glancing blows and recover life on block shield? https://pastebin.com/cEwJRzW2 Here is the setup i am looking to do in next league, pretty basic gear, i think. With Glancing Blows it will have max block and recover almost 1k HP per hit blocked. The setup (with shock and chill from skitteerbots) will provide almost 750k Shaper DPS per spectre (Redemption Sentries), pretty respectable i shall say. " First week price is a bit high. I think it's 1.5-1ex, so keep it in mind. Usually I just get Arakaali when I still have normal 6L (6L + greed essence). You can actually just get any cheap +1 delve body because Spiders can carry into red maps. Just try to stack life so the recovery on poison kill gives more life. My first update video for S&S was combination with Sentries actually! And then I changed to RK. I liked S&S/RK for Simulacrum because RK hits faster than RS and has nice aoe with melee splash. " But you don't need so many items and GB for high block chance. This is the 3.9 tank build version with 75/63 block: https://pastebin.com/NMQiDgjt Int shield can roll 12% spell block. Balance changes are out. It seems to me that in the coming league, there is no significant nerf to necromancers, except for the nerf on Corpse Pact, but I'd like to hear your opinion.
