Cold Snap

The removal of Winter's Bounty threshold jewel essentially disabled the way I liked to play Cold Snap by focusing on AoE, Power Charges and Inner Conviction keystone. One single jewel and entire build is gone. Can you please re-enable that jewel?

I would like to suggest that Cold Snap have an interaction with Frost Wall. Allow us to use Cold Snap to trigger an AOE around the Wall to shatter it.
