Charged Dash

Was looking at charged dash as a potentially fun skill to try on a hollow palm build. Realized it currently requires a weapon. Disappointed. Wondering if there is some inherent reason this is necessary for balance, or if there is a shot at getting a transfigured version that could be used unarmed? Appreciate your consideration.

A few things which would make this a pretty fun skill to use:

- proxy / mirage usage of charged dash doesn't look at the proxy's stages charged (even though other skills proxies have their own stage counter)
- the skill does not count as a travel skill, so combat rush doesn't affect it

Fixing / changing both those could make this in a superb fun build.
