[3.3] Popcorn Skeleton bomber (Minion instability Earendel's Embrace)

so i got skele enchant, OP is this gg ?
Hello, getting board with my other builds on Incursion and decide to try something a little different. I don't see any leveling trees in the OP so I was just wondering if there are any nodes that I should be rushing to get first or just any hints on the best way to traverse the skill tree.
Skill tree in the leveling section (lvl62 dual wield) Is wrong. Shows the aegis finished tree.

And is CWDT linked to desecrate and bone offering just a personal thing? Seems bone offering is wasted most of the time. Guess i could swap cwdt for inc duration for red maps or something to keep it up all the time.

First of all nice build - feels really safe so far but only level 61 atm.

I made a few changes to my liking - Im running a Clayshaper and a Earendels as I cant afford the animae rune and it seems to be working fine. Solar guards and Flame golems kill most things, and I have a AG and Zombies to mop up the rest..

looking forward to trying out maps and I might make this my main option for the DELVE League in 3 weeks if no drastic changes happen...

EDit - Bone sculptor and Mistress of Sacrifice are the core of the build.

normal lab - Mistress of Sacrifice

Cruel Lab - bone sculptor

Merc lab - Mistress of sacrifice

Uber lab - has several options:
1) Puppet master - the 20% minion speed is quite useful (zombies respond faster, flame golems keep up with you, skeletons run to a target quickly). it also buffs their damage and attack speed which is great for mapping.

2) Fleshbinder - get this if zombies are your secondary minion

3) Soul Weaver - Get this if spectres are your secondary minion

4) Spend both points on the two small nodes which provide 10% minon hp/ 15% minion damage each.

I went Invoker / Bone Sculptor - is Mistress next for me ???
In game since Minotaur League..

Hi! I really want to use this build in Delve league. Are there any changes that you would make for 3.4?
Hi skeleton exploders! I was thinking that earendel's would be the new OP with all these new nodes on the tree ... So I dusted out an old earendel's instability PoB and ....wtf ... 600K damage per skeleton, with no 6 links needed, just a bunch of expensive jewels and a kickass helmet....easy 8K EHP .. I haven't played instability before, but this looks too good to pass up .. What am I missing here?

I agree with the general point that this build just got a noteworthy buff, however I am dubious about taking anything around the new sacrifice notable - keep in mind that earendils degen is fire damage, so any elemental resistances to minions are going to increase the time until they explode. So you want to avoid life regen and elemental resist nodes. My suggestion based on your build (and what I plan on running in delve, skilltree wise) is this: https://pastebin.com/mHPC2YQC
I've also been looking at popcorn skeles (just cause it seems like an interesting build).

3.4 passive tree changes seem decent (not sure on the exact numerical changes compared to a 3.3 tree), but the minion buffs applying to yourself seem to be one of the biggest changes as far as the tree goes.

However, watching ZiggyD's latest video, it looks like Herald of Purity is going to be absolutely mandatory (and probably the only aura/reservation skill that will actually buff your popcorn damage):

A level 7! Herald of Purity gives 12% MORE minion life and 30% MORE minion damage.
I'm assuming (and really hoping) that this is ALL minions including skellies, as the wording would imply.

If so, that works out to just over 45% MORE damage per pop!
As both stats scale pop damage directly, and they're both more multipliers, total = 1.12 * 1.30 = 1.456 = 45.6% MORE damage.

And that's for a level 7 Herald, assuming at least one of those scales with gem level.

Plus free extra minions against bosses, though how much that helps will depend on the Sentinel stats I guess.
Herald of Purity is a very interesting catch indeed, and definitely worth running if true - we will see how exactly scaling etc works out, but something to keep an eye on!
Welp, new skill details are out and I'm 99% sure the Herald of Purity modifiers are local :(
Pretty sure GGG would not be ok with adding a skill that grants 95% MORE minion damage to ALL minions haha.
