Hi OP, I have similar build with your post, have spent fair bit regret orbs to come down this stage with dual wielding Shimmeron, it is really powerful build and I am getting end of game just want to improve my survival a bit, could you please have a look at my gear? Nope, I have massive boost from Shimmerons as a cheap end game weapon, the degen is well mitigated by Tinkerskin, just done use MOM if you dont have enough mana regen, look at my build.
