Thanks I will have to check it out when I get home. My work wont let me download path of building. I need to make a cheat sheet of when each GEM becomes available and what level I need stop leveling it at.

That's not how it works...
75% is the maximum resists by default. If you see 75% (175%) that means your tree+items+flask+anything gives you 175%, but your max res is 75% anyway.

If you pick up a loreweave with 80% max res, then you will see 80%(175%). So you can not go over your max even is it's overcapped.
