Patch Notes - Path of Exile: Incursion (Content Update 3.3.0) Patch Notes - Forum

I'm not sure how I feel about some changes. + Storm Burst does more damage. + Witch lightning cluster is better + Ignites are better, and even better as an Elementalists - I get my shocks and chills nerfed as an Elementalist I mean losing 20% shock/chill effectiveness basically sucks ass. Why havn't you updated Cyclone to move as WW does for Diablo 3? You basically made Charged Dash function the way Cyclone should this patch.
