Hi, leveling your build right now, I think that the path you take the passive points through promotes leveling with an elemental skill and using elemental overload so thats what im doing right now, generally like this: level 1-12 - freezing pulse + onslaught + freezing pulse + spell totem
or decoy totem
12-38 - change freezing pulse to firestorm (i muled it im ssfbtw) also grab combustion, scorching ray,storm barrier, orb of storms and increased crit strikes to level, level 38 grab cast while channeling and use scorching ray cast while channeling (storm barrier if on hc imo) combustion fire pen
and level with that
just grab elemental overload when you get there its 3 points and its massive damage you proc it using orb of storms with inc crit strikes

Patient Reaper gives you :

"70% increased Recovery Rate of Life, Mana and Energy Shield if you've Killed an Enemy affected by your Damage Over Time Recently"

This triggers when you kill with RF.
