First off, please read my post on page 10 of this thread, especially concerning flasks. Yours are not optimal, I'm sorry to say.

I only have 7600 or so life, yet I have more regen as well as quite a bit more damage. Granted, your gems aren't fully leveled/qualitied yet. Consider STRONGLY switching to a Vaal RF skill gem. VRF does more than double damage for it's duration.

Also look at my unset ring I use for my Purity of Fire gem giving me an additional 5% max fire res.

I know that my tree is slightly different than the OP's, but for me this is more comfortable and allows me to run scarier maps.

Oh, and another area of damage you are missing out on is your orb of storms; you forgot to link it with increased critical strikes for quicker proccing of Elemental Overload.

Edit; as the OP stated, this is NOT a boss killing build, this is a mapping build. I have killed T13/14 bosses, but not deathless. I mainly use this build for incursion running. If I need to kill a boss.....I use my boss killah :)
