In PoB shows melee physical damage support as 6th link, is it melee phys or pulverize?

" Yeah, just Awakened Melee Phys instead of Melee Phys. " Melee Phys for shaper and friends, Pulverize for maps. Or if you're too lazy just use melee phys.
