I usually do more damage with Fire Pen + Conc. Assuming 6L, of course. Ancestral Call can be just as good if you make use of the trick mentioned in the guide. Fire penetration can be very good too, if high enough roll. Increased fire damage can be an option if the other two are too expensive, but it's not as good. The rest are not worth.
