I consider your build to be some sort of proof of concept for other things. With the right investment and the knowledge your build give us, this could maybe be done in the futur with other non chaos spells or even some other skills.

For example,com of winter will for sure get the 1000-6000% spell buff some other degen skill like vortex too...


Helm is new but there is lot of questions that need to be investigated.

I've used vortex in PVP, I don't think it can beat Fyndel's trapper, but while the build can't be the best, it comes reasonably close for far less investment. Don't worry though, I'm sure it'll be removed for next league, can't have any unnerfed chase unique items.

no degen can beat a tanky pathfinder since you can reach up to 100% cold resistance and you can't apply pen to degen damage.

It is a problem and op in PvP, it fits perfectly into Poet's Pen builds, which were already op before, because of damage calculation interactions. I had a 1v1 Poet VD glasscannon in 3.1 that was able to beat Fyndel, and all tanks I met (CI legacy Aegis), so now with Indigon it will be even more of a oneshot fest, making stacking hp even less important, speed/range matters much more to counter Poet builds.

i watched early matches of Fyndel vs Markusz. It was brutal, fyndel adapted himself by using qotf and other stuff. Yet it's really hard to beat negative cast speed & indigo VD as tank char.

if markusz has 150.000-250.000 X-Y as plexus says, it's probably better than relith and my wander's since our attack speed reduces our damage.

Watch the video he linked, it's mine, it shows damage numbers.

On that build you saw I had around 20k tooltip damage with BCR support. Mana leech is not that reliable in PvP, which gives most of my mana recovery, but still with regen and flask Indigon could give around 100k I guess, so whoever is still playing PvP, brace themselves, more oneshots are coming. At this point it's not even only a few broken skills, this makes all spells broken, so some regular counters like movespeed and dodge are less viable, moving the diversity even more towards offscreeners.
