Hi! Build looks very nice, shredding through yellow maps even though I have super budget gear (~1 ex)

I have a few questions:

1) Do you think Hex master is worth it? Is the extra AoE of the curses impactful in mapping?
2) What do you use on curse maps? I was thinking of swapping the Quicksilver "of Adrenaline" with "of Warding"
3) What would you advise I do about curses until I have the currency for a Solstice Vigil? I am currently using a rare amulet with some energy shield and resistances and only Witchfire Brew for cursing (I haven't taken the nodes for a second curse on the tree for that reason).

We don't use hex master anymore. I changed the tree recently.

I swap quicksilver flasks for cursed maps.

Drop Aspect of the spider/Temp chains till you can afford to fit them all in.

Not sure if you realize that this one specific point is worth a little bit more than the 2 points on the left.
If you pick this one point, you basically save one point.

Remove these 2 points

So you now have 3 points and move here, you get an increase of ~150 ES.

This adjustment is based on your Lv94 character.

Great build! Having a lot of fun with it.

Have a questions though:
1) Why do you need 2 spreading rot jewels?
Got those 2 now, but don't know why. Would just sell the non corrupted now.

Is it because the hinder duration stacks?

You inflict 2 Withers at once, the duration doesn't stack.
So, 6 Withers in 3 seconds.

Taking into account, you need to standstill for 3 seconds in a boss fight, you will need cast rate of 3 to maintain Wither's 15 stacks.

If you get Withering Presense, you don't really need to worry the stacks especially in a boss fight where you always need to move around to dodge hit.

But TS think Withering Presense in weaker than Profane Bloom so he didn't take it.

To be honest, I'd just take Withering Presense and you free up 2 sockets for better jewels.
Withering Presense auto Wither enemies and last for 15 seconds, it always enough to maintain the stack.

Why do you need 2 spreading rot jewels?

For double wither stacks per cast. As has been mentioned, Withering presence removes to need for those and gives longer wither duration.

If you want a better mapping experience, take Profane Bloom. If you want a better bossing experience, take Withering Presence.

I'm not sure if i like blight altogether.

I mean, damage of it is garbage. Complete and utter garbage. If not talking about alleopathy, it doesn't even have any redeeming quality.

In previous patches it was must have only because spreading rot was insane to boost all ours other chaos skills. No only it was entire 50% more damage dealt, it was applied by just a single tap, not standing still for 5 sec waiting while something is going to kill you. Withering apply was always a job for withering totems, which is safe, easy and don't cost 2 entire jewel socket.
In that patch... well, even without "withering presence", i would rather just make double withering totem.

The only point why i still "think about it", is because we still need some channeling skill for "infused channeling" activation. But blight definitely will not be part of the final build for me, i would rather put some strange garbage like "charged dash".

tl;dr - blight have short range, garbage damage, almost inexistant utility. The only reason to even use it is alleopathy which gives us pseudo-5link for that garbage, that even with absurd lvl that it grant still garbage... If i need 2 entire jewel socket to make it even remotely usable, that skill can go to hell, i will use withering totems.

Pretty awesome build, I've started one myself in Synthesis.

Lethal Assault seems like a good node to grab though, no?
