3.8 New Queens Escape + Baron - super fast physical skeletons + zombies
@Randomsanity
Your character has no ascendancy points in the tree. Just putting in the four points you'd get from Normal and Cruel should see gains from Commander of Darkness and Invoker. If you don't feel the extra 20% elemental resistance you gain from Commander of Darkness is immediately important, you can instead opt to get Bone Sculptor instead to increase the damage and efficiency of your skeletons. |

I have to disagree with OP on one thing: you do want multistrike.
Not because of the more hits/more damage aspect, but because, with 2 violent dead jewels and flesh binder, you can skate that razor-thin line where your zombies always and only slam. That means they never miss. Just like your skeletons. with Ruthless slotted in instead of multistrike, they do more dps (if you just take one attack type as the example) BUT, they alternate between one slam/one default attack, and the default attack has a chance to miss, AND each slam hit with multistrike is about 80% MORE damage than each default attack with Ruthless (assuming it doesn't miss). I have a level 93 necro, who isn't quite perfectly optimized, and it melts all content (except I still have a hell of a time with minotaur for some reason. I think it's just my playstyle is bad). Got a frenzy ape and a power charge ape, as well as a mortality experimenter (casts temp chains, but farts around with detonate dead too much), who i'm probably going to swap out for one of the enfeeble-casting necromancers. Got level 12 vuln on hit gloves, so there are my 2 curses. I will just be hitting life nodes up to 100. Character Evil_Bitch, standard. You're welcome to check her out and try to copy her. Good luck finding the jewelry. Maybe Demi has some. Quoting Saltychipmunk: ...I look at the new act 5 boss where you have to hide behind the statues to survive the bullet hell and all I can think is... how the fuck are zombies going to survive that? They don't know what hiding is... they don't know what dodging is... they are morons. Last edited by joachimbond#0494 on Oct 9, 2018, 10:30:34 PM

well... Idk what to do with this now. Is there a way to boost this build significantly? 2nd mirror in 2x leagues.. /played 11 days Thanks. PoE nowadays looks more and more like a fork server with tons of custom weird experimental stuff rather than original game with carefully thought out balance brough live to players. Hello guys!
Still rocking this build, but know i am starting to have problem at around Delve ~190. My skellies die a lot, and know my zombies also starting to die like flies. In map i do not have any problems, occasionally i have to respawn them after some aoe heavy bossfights on T13-T14. Can someone check my character? Should i just stack minion life on jewels? (and also upgrading the gems, now currently i am just leveling the Q20% ones one by one). Thanks! |

" Get zombie quality first. Respec into life and leech instead of attack speed around gravepact node. Use empower in zombie red slot. Use minion life in skellie blue slot. And yes, get minion life on jewels :) |

I started playing this build about a week ago and managed to kill the Shaper for the fist time...I made my own changes to the build, I'm not running "curse"+blasphemy instead of that Im using Purity of Element + Purity of Ice/Fire to deal with the lack of resistances in the items.
Current Gear
Spoiler
Currently Im lvl 91 with 7.7K life and overcapped resistances, obviously gear is not the best but even though it still destroy pretty much every map. Maybe my next goal is to get a 6L belly. Is Aspect of the Cat really OP? EDIT: Haven't played that much Delves mines about 100 depth level...but will start to play it. Last edited by Raluska#5748 on Oct 18, 2018, 7:51:40 AM

" Bit of advice for Delve; the small azurite spider mob (I forget its actual name) that explodes a little bit after death is going to start dealing an exceptional amount of damage to your zombies and spectres the closer you get to depth 300. There's not much you can do about this when they spawn in the azurite nodes, but if you see any killed in the corridor, do try to get much further along the corridor so only a few actually get hit by the blast. Although in retrospect, since you're running an Offering in your build, sacrificing the corpse before it explodes might negate it outright. Similarly, there's a node where it rains koala bears. Pay attention to your skeleton (especially Vaal) numbers in this section, as they might kill a fair few as they spawn. This is largely negated if they have decent life leech. |

This is my first build and your passive tree is not optimal i think.
I think i may have improved it a bit, but still having trouble with shaper and minotaur sometimes.. don't think this build cant stand uber due to lack of survivability. Is phase run much better at lvl 20? don't think it will solve all problems though. Maybe with some helmet enchant of zombie damage + more 1k life things get better.
