I'm going with this build again for Delve. I think minions are the big ticket item this league. Grim, prepare for many newcomers!!!

definitely minions for Delve!

The problem is that you lose a lot of health nodes to take the new damage nodes. Plus all the minion accuracy is wasted on this build. I actually think this build did not get buffed. It should, however, still be a good choice.

On the flip side, skelly mages now have enough damage nodes to be an option and srs got a huge buff. With all that extra accuracy, even spell totem srs may be a thing again, so I think I'll try out:

Spell totem SRS and skelly mages: https://pastebin.com/SYVnFJ8m

or

Earendels, Kitavas thirst, Flame + selfcast SRS and Skelly mage: https://pastebin.com/ue4xJuUJ

Interesting options there with SRS. Had a look at your PoB, some expensive gear though!

I played around with your original tree and took some of the new nodes, replaced some life reg ones for now. Squeezed out a bit of extra DPS so overall like you say, not a huge buff.
I used this build in Incursion and was very pleased. Playing casual, got my ascension for the first time and ended up level 93, soloing red maps and elder guardians. It also just fit my play style, and protected me during networking slowdowns (I live in the country, so my cell phone is my only available internet source).

I fiddled with some of the ending nodes, ended up at over 6000 life, 32% physical reduction, full resist, and even a positive chaos resist (I could also switch to Ming's Heart and trade a couple hundred life for 75% chaos resist).

I am using the same build for Delve. Waiting to see how the new nodes impact the tree, but I am guessing it will only be a small impact.

Thanks for the great work
So I am by no means an expert at PoB or this game, however I did well this build in 3.3 killing everything but uber atziri and uber elder mostly because I play on a potatoe and have the reflexes of a sloth, but I am looking forward to making another run with it in Delve. Starting with the way I ended up in 3.3, I played around with PoB to try some of the new nodes to see what difference it makes. I had to give up some life nodes to pick up the new minion damage wheel over by the templar side but I think it will be worth it for the damage. I managed to get over 220K skelly dps which x12 is like 2.6 mil and you still have your zombies and other pets which should push you up over 3.2 mil (using ruthless on skellies for boss in lieu of melee splash which I used for general mapping) with a Queen's Escape since I doubt we can get those sweet minion dps staff's that Incursion had again. Still managed to stay at 6.9k life and max resists and over 1K strength for that sweet zombie leech which helps my facetank lifestyle. I think I have the configuration right to calc dps but please let me know if you see some errors

https://pastebin.com/YVaZdGC9

Can probably do the exact same tree to get more life versus the minion DPS, but still seems like it should be a very viable build once again. Many thanks again to Grimlock9999 for sharing this build as it is the most fun I have had playing this game yet.

Awesome, thanks for the help. I think that accomplishes what I was looking for. Now here's to hoping I can find another Queen's Escape and 6 link it myself again
mbrazzoli why not take the flesh binder nodes from necro, you need that for damage reduction and good zombie slams ?

Please post what you think will be best suited for the updates, I see you've been visiting some other build threads and commenting on them. Trying to see if I want to do a different build for launch or just go with this one and re-spec later once better synergies have been figured out.

thanks

Hey NSUCK,

I've been theory crafting for days now, and believe that the new nodes will not be any kind of buff for us here. I reckon we are still better off sticking with our minion speed, flat life, life regen, and not breaking the bank trying for extra dps. That pure physical damage does it's work well. So, no buffs for this build, but it still has better synergy and stats than anything else I can come up with... And for the price, anything else I have read about (minion builds).

So to delve deep, and go with tried and tested, this tree, these items, these gems should be great for levelling, and easy to change later if a new item appears!

BUT, I'm more interested in not delving as deep, instead, I'm trying new builds.

While the new skill gems look fantastic, I'm still aiming for a one/two button build because I like to take it easy and collect loot while my workers do the killing. For that reason, I'm gonna see how far the SRS spell totem build can go.

I predict the new OP build will be earendel's based. Either with projectiles like flame sentinels + one of the new helms or with minion instability, such as this build: https://pastebin.com/UnhF7DZJ

Sweet thanks for the response, I think I am leaning to using this build again for the start and re-thinking that around level 85. Has anyone in here figured out an optimal skill tree with the things that have been moved around? I made one on Poe Planner but I'm sure its not optimal (I didn't have time to run through POB after work to really figure it out).
