[3.4] Zerphi Poet VD - Easiest Uber Elder build - Twinned kill - 20000+ life recovery per sec

Can someone look at my build and find why I'm getting some sort of extra mana leech or regen?
With zerphi's and distillate active + blood rage in hideout im loosing 1 mana every few second so it's balanced.
I'm pretty sure that wasn't a thing because I didn't changed gear and mana problems appeared. I only regen or leech mana after hitting with frenzy or unearth.
Obviously that's without RF.

I bought a max roll legacy Zerphi's with Q20. It works fine in practice in my blood rage setup, as you will get hit to reduce the mana (due to MOM)

And i did not swap out
too (it should)

Not sure on RF case on properly degen the mana

That shouldn't be the case as Divination Distillate regens more mana and only effect with the highest regeneration rate is applied in this case.
I only get "positive" mana regen rate after attacking some mobs.
Who runs righteous fire instead of blood rage on this build? What does it take to run it smoothly without too much danger of degening quick? 2% regen on boots from lab, dying sun and purity of fire?

I ran it with a legacy DD and PoF with no problems for a while; eventually switched off of it for RL reasons. You do have to periodically stop and attack to keep yourself up, though.

So i run with normal map setup, second run was succes.

You dont need either of those. I was able to sustain RF with 17% fire res no ruby flask no purity of fire. You just have to keep attacking.

With 0 flask on, I have 37% fire res right now. If I fully stop attacking for 4 seconds, my HP will drain in 3 seconds, gives me enough time to react and attack a few times to get my regen back. If I pop my flasks (Wise oak, dying sun and DD), my HP barely goes down (150hp/sec), which gives you plenty time to attack to fill it back up with zerphi.

RF is only annoying when you've finished a map/delve/whatever and you stop attacking because it'll drain your HP. I've died a few times in delve from going to 1hp after clearing the delve and then stepping for a millisecond into the darkness to loot items. To avoid this, you can try attacking with zerphi up when you're at like 5-10% hp, the HP regen will kick in after RF goes away and top you up.

If I run with RF and Blood rage will CWDT+IC setup trigger 50% increased recovery rate of life if you've stopped taking damage over time recently
