[3.2] Scion Deadeye / Assassin Ele Wander - Kinetic Blast / Barrage

Hey there. I have always wAnted to play a wander - but never played enough to get the currency needed to support one. This seems viable to play on minimal currency while allowing for endgame should one get there.

I’m currently playing a blade flurry gladiator @lvl 70 and a litttle currency (but still more than I have ever had) - what’s the investment to lvl and start mapping?

Loosely followed this build ... regretting it.

No tailwind = lose ... just go deadeye

So far i'm loving the build but i'm almost 65, 63 at the moment and im wodnering how i am suppose to hit the 212 int mark using leveling gear for my piscators what do you recommend droping a piece of leveling gear for something with int? or will i gain enough through level ups?

Would Rats Nest work with this? Or is Starkonja's better? I like going for the dps tho so... Tell me your thoughs about Rat Nest!
