Cybil's Paw gives 120% increased spell damage and 8-12% increased cast speed so you'll need a pretty good wand to beat that.

Use Cremation on Atziri, same links just change main skill.

Level 85, uber lab done and doing yellow maps. Grinded Blood Aquaduct for Tabula, took about 4-5 hours.
