and put some damage reduction on Poet's Pen, almost make it utility-level damage it's so low.
I mean provided Scorching Ray and Zerphi's are really in the ground, that's probably two good-sized steps in the right direction. Lavender or Leave.

Seen some derphi users saying the flask change make it easier to sustain Rf over time effect. I have some doubt but who knows.
