That 30% beast quality recipe can it randomly corrupt or does it just apply the 30% with no risk of brick?

Today im testing this and have rip on tanking some t15 boss, but i now it is habit from totem champion style)
6500hp 7000armor and low mana pull( engliten 2lvl.
Not ready for uber elder)

It cant brick it. The only outcome is 30%

Extremely low HP on left ring, gloves, belt and boots. Priority #1 after resists is T1 life roll in every slot.
