Personally I use vaal double strike in a 4 link (maim, dmg on full life, melee phys) for single target/bosses and use ruthless instead of ancestral call on my 6link frostblades, and it melts any boss even up to t15, have killed guardians (except mino) with no issues too. My FB main on standard melts shaper, guardians, T16's, T15s no prob. Haven't quite got there yet this league tho. ToA doesn't increase single target. But if your resorting to unique claws you need to accept that you won't do a much single target. At least ToA gives good clear. Ideally you want a 400+ Pdps claw with good AS and crit chance. You need tombfists, a stygian vise, darkray vectors and a proper chest.
