Hey there. Multistrike doesn't fit too well with this build. The dps NUMBER goes up, yes, but think about why that is for a second. It's because you're speeding up your attacks, and that isn't the point here. The point is to stack high damage bleeds. Multistrike instead of a more multiplier dps gem (Melee Physical Damage is the one you're missing) here is going to nerf your bleed damage, this is the primary reason why I don't run it.

Hey there! So it doesn't look like you're currently bleed capped (100% chance to inflict bleeds on hit). Once you are, the build will start feeling much more comfortable. Once you have Blood in the Eyes in your Ascendancy, it should feel much more comfortable.

Yes actually. I just posted a Final Thoughts video on my YouTube channel and I talk about this. I recently re-visited the character and re-optimized his gear and we're running a 6L at this point. Deadly Ailments is an enormous dps increase.

Could this build work with blade flurry and a sword?

I'm kinda taking a tweaked version of this build but for the bleed aspect how do you feel about the Haemophilia gloves? I feel like they mesh well but i fear it would be a waste and i should drive for some solid rare guantlets with attack speed and extra bleed dam?

I've strongly considered Haemophilia gloves ever since I started this character. My issue at this point is getting resist-capped while using them. If you ran a rare shield with lots of resists, it could work. I still have a very strong feeling that a good pair of rare gloves with lots of life and flat phys will outweigh them, as we already explode bleeding enemies and our bleed chance is already capped. If you end up messing around with them, definitely let me know how it turns out!

How?

Took a look at your character, looks good. I run Deadly Ailments instead of Swift Affliction, which will be an enormous dps increase for your bleeds. Give that a shot and let me know if it starts feeling a bit better. Again, dps for this build is backloaded. Going single bleed spec will seem like more dpsfor a fraction of a second (because that first bleed will be doing much more damage), but once you've started stacking the 8 bleeds, it far outweighs the single bleed (which is fast, because Lacerate can hit twice, which applies two bleeds).
