first not offer+ desecrete
need be desecrete + offer

i use storm burst and etec for leveling

problem y need stay on 1 place for casting
this mean y dont move and dont have fortify

if y use cwdt 1lvl + convocations 5lvl + immortal 3lvl
and
cwdt 2lvl + desecrate 8lvl + offering8lvl

this way y have offering almost all time

and all this auto cast y dont need stay and cast y self

y only move and hit mobs for elemental equlibrium and curse them with vurnerability from gloves + fortify for y self

1 y move
2 zombi follow and kill em all
3 all spell auto cast
......
profit

if y use for moving skill charged dash+ fast atak + fortify
y dont need a shield y can use united in dream or scourge claw

as bonus y can use vaal haste or vaal skeletots

about using vitality no sense on maps tier 15-16 zombi alrety very tanky and not dying on uber elder vitality not save them from instank kill
this wsy if y wont more survability for zombi better use not vitality
use United in Dream Cutlass One Handed Sword
this give
Grants Level 15 Envy Skill
Minions deal (30-40)% increased Damage
Minions have +29% to Chaos Resistance
Minions have 60% chance to Poison Enemies on Hit
Minions Leech 5% of Damage as Life against Poisoned
