Is Deadeye better than Rider or no? Why everyone is playing Deadeye? ;o

Why do we play with tornado shot? I tried switching to it a few times but the damage is so significantly lower. Used TS-PhysicaltoLightning-GMP-MirageArcher-WED, but LA-Pierce-GMP-MirageArcher-WED beats it by far when it comes to clearing mobs. For example I need 3-4 Tornado Shots where I oneshot with LA.

Ive noticed the same thing using Ice shot compared to TS. Might have to give LA a try as well.

The strategy is you play non stop for several days grinding and trading all the time. I had basically all atlas completed up to t14 day 2.

Items aren't expensive, in fact they're dirt cheap now. I bought a 2s lightpoacher for 25c, tombfist 2s for 25c, bubonic 2s for 120c, Shround for 160c (Thats a little over 3 exalt for basically a GG 6 link). People just need chaos to buy their Starkonja's head (which is going to be 1c in a week) or whatever they saw in Mathil build so they're selling GG items for nothing.

If you remember these items used to cost vast amount of exalts when abyss was literally in every map. These items are going to triple in value in a week or so I'm more or less already set for this league.

It's been a pretty nice grind so far but in the long run it's really unhealthy and I think I'm going to take a break for a while I need to focus a bit on RL and on other stuff.

Would you recommend to take all the items with abyss sockets if we can afford it or should we have at least one rare for links and more resist?

All the abyss items are very good. Shroud of the Lightless is now 4 ex and it's pretty much a 6 link that's a BiS for a lot of builds. Like I would like to try to chance Ashrend on a 6 link and stuff but why if I can just buy this for cheaper?

Tombfist & Lightpoacher & Bubonic are super cheap now and I would buy them asap.

As far as resists go I've been running purity of elements instead of HoI until I can buy better rare rings/amu/belt. Problem solved.

Just my thoughts on current state of bow builds like this one (I'm also a fan of Arly's, I consider these two threads to be the best non-WR build you can find), moving forward the new norm for fast attacking, Elemental based bow builds are gonna be enhanced so much with Abyss items.

That's why I had mixed emotions when I saw that they were adding it to the core game. LG is a fast attacking bow that becomes even more powerful than it ever was (ever) the more Abyss Jewel flat damages you got. But it also will mean that until they make anything more broken we'll probably need to rush Abyss items each league, and secure 2-Socket Lightpoacher, Tombfist, Trails + Shroud if we can afford. It's just too good for what it currently is.

I took a break this league but when I played around with all of my Abyss pickups from the league on my Standard guy, in various configurations I was looking at potentially 8-9 mil Shaper DPS without Mirrored Items, mostly driven by Abyss Jewel stacking.

Just bought all Abyss with 2 socks, only Shroud missing cause i ran out of money.

Dont you miss Darkrey? I feel so much stronger after i get rid of rares and get me one.
