How important is the watchers Eye with % Crit Hatred? Iam thinking of buying one but sure they are huge expensive and would be great if anyone can say if its worth the invest. Still hoping someone can answer these questions please you're using elemental focus with barrage which you use on bosses that you're not going to shock/freeze anyway so it doesn't matter.
