This build is not a tanky build. It's more of a dps-er, and as the Jess said, in it's current state, not HC viable, meaning aside of kill-them-before-they-reach-you and dodge chance, you have low defenses and HP is on lower margin as well. I assume you have something like 4-4.5k life?
It's only natural to die, unless you know how to manually avoid.
This build requires you to kill things before they reach you, and requires you to know boss mechanics.
I would also neglect using Rat's Nest, and use 100+ life rare, or Starkonja's, as you need every bit of life you can squeeze in, and Starkonja's gives you up to 100 life, and rares can push above that.

Finally a decent BD actually uses a BOW for ranger!Thanks alot for sharing.
Would be awesome if you could include your leveling tips and item choices while leveling.

@jessicaSC2 how has mirage archer been? can you explain how, when and why you're using it? also in path of building GMP for barrage looks like a massive dps boost. how come you dont use it?

Mirage archer is op. I'm using it now in TS and barrage.

GMP is good when you have low projectile count on barrage. When it gets to 7+ (basically dying sun + +1proj helmet) it's it becomes worse I believe.

Hello. I am trying to follow the build, but my damage is pretty low I think I have like 13k dps tornado and 12k dps barrage atm, would you check my gear and give me some advice on what to work on. My skill tree is a bit different for now. I'll change it soon.^^

What do you think about using an Inpusla instead?

I've never played a bow character into the endgame and I'd like to try. I'm currently trying to switch to this build, but I'm having a lot of troubles making it work with my current gear. I've got around 200c stockpiled, but I'm not sure what upgrades should I prioritize.

Any help/suggestions are deeply appreciated!

would this build work with a bow like arborix and queen of forest? or does it too heavily rely on ashred tunic?


i was just thinking how much extra evasion arborix could addto the evasion of a QotF user
